The Tower of Jewels, Carrere and Hastings, architects, is the imposing central feature of the main palace group. Before it, the Fountain of Energy, A. Stirling Calder, sculptor, joyously proclaims the union of the Atlantic and Pacific by the Panama Canal. The Tower is 435 feet High. Its arch is 110 feet. | |||
