Story about a man who has the means to destroy the Earth, his murder, and the what may remain of his doomsday device. This book was written by a San Francisco attorney, who dabbled in Chemistry as a hobby. The author went by the pseudonym of "Caxton." This is my 31st Project Guttenberg title.
